How We Integrate ONDC With Your Store

ONDC — the Open Network for Digital Commerce — is a Government of India initiative that turns online selling into a shared, open network instead of a set of walled marketplaces. It runs on the Beckn protocol, a set of open API specifications, so any compliant seller node and any compliant buyer app can transact with each other. AppsyOne onboards you as a seller on that network and connects it to the store you already run, so you list once and sell across the whole network.

You join ONDC as a Seller Network Participant, technically a seller node. There are two routes: an Inventory Seller Node (ISN), where your own catalog and inventory sit on your node, and a Marketplace Seller Node (MSN), where a marketplace hosts many sellers on one node. We take your Shopify, WooCommerce or custom store, map its catalog to the ONDC schema, and expose it to the network through the Beckn search, select, init, confirm and fulfilment calls buyer apps use.

The payoff is reach without a landlord. Because ONDC is decentralised, one catalog mapped to the network schema on your own node surfaces inside every compliant buyer app — Paytm, PhonePe Pincode, Magicpin and the growing list behind them — rather than being penned into a single marketplace. With 370,000-plus sellers already trading and settlement and reconciliation handled through the protocol's own flows, it is early enough to be a real opening. We stand you up from your existing store for a fixed one-time fee, and the seller node stays yours.

ONDC Custom Integration vs a SaaS Aggregator

When a plug-and-play tool is the smart call — and when a custom build you own pays off.

Consideration
Custom build (us)
SaaS aggregator
ISN vs MSN — who hosts your catalog
We stand up your own store as an Inventory Seller Node, so your live catalog, pricing and stock are the network's single source of truth.
A ready-made ONDC app parks you on their Marketplace Seller Node, so you re-key products into their panel and ride their uptime and rules.
Wiring Beckn into your back office
We map your store to the ONDC schema and thread orders, GST invoices and ERP or Tally through the Beckn callbacks without manual re-entry.
Most aggregator apps are standalone dashboards; deep ERP, settlement or accounting sync is a premium add-on or simply absent.
Just appearing on the network quickly
A bespoke node is more effort up front and overkill if you have a tiny plain catalog and no back-office systems to connect.
For a very small seller who only wants to show up on ONDC fast, an existing seller app is the quicker, cheaper first step — we'll tell you when that's you.
Settlement & cost as volume grows
Flat one-time fee with no commission, so a busy month of ONDC orders and reconciliations never lifts your bill.
SaaS seller apps often add monthly fees, order caps or a percentage of sales that climbs with every good month.
