Power Automate Flows for Microsoft 365 Teams

If your business runs on Microsoft 365, we build automation in Power Automate — approvals, document flows, Teams alerts and Dataverse, natively in your stack.

How We Build Your Power Automate Workflow

Power Automate integration services make sense when your business already lives inside Microsoft 365. If your team runs on Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Excel, the fastest automations are the ones that never leave that ecosystem. We design flows that turn an email into an approval, a form submission into a Dataverse record, or a Teams message into a tracked task, so work moves without anyone copying data between windows all day.

Where Power Automate earns its keep is enterprise plumbing that other tools skip. Multi-stage approvals with delegation and escalation, Dataverse tables as a proper backing store, Azure AD identity so permissions actually match your org chart, and RPA for the legacy desktop apps that have no API. We build these as governed solutions inside a managed environment, not as personal flows that die the day their owner leaves the company.

The real value we add shows up once flows stop being a personal convenience and start carrying a business process that people depend on. A lone SharePoint approval or a Teams ping is something your own team can wire up in an afternoon, and we would rather they did. Bring us in when the flows multiply past what one person can track, when premium connectors and Dataverse licensing need a plan, or when IT and compliance expect every action logged and every retry accounted for. We audit your automation free, then scope the build workflow by workflow, and we never put a meter on the tasks themselves.

Power Automate: Custom-Built vs No-Code DIY

When a quick no-code recipe is the smart call — and when a custom build you own pays off.

Consideration
Custom build (us)
No-code DIY
Simple SharePoint or Teams approval
Keep it in-house. A one-step approval flow is genuinely low-code, and we would rather teach your team to own it than bill for it.
Use the template. Power Automate's templates cover basic approvals and notifications out of the box. Start there and only call us when the logic outgrows a template.
Multi-stage approvals with escalation and audit
This is our lane. Conditional routing, delegation, timeout escalation and a Dataverse audit trail are where template flows collapse into unmaintainable spaghetti.
Off-the-shelf approval apps exist, but they force your policy into their fields. Complex sign-off matrices and compliance logs quickly outgrow them.
Automating a legacy desktop app with no API
Absolutely build. Power Automate Desktop RPA can drive the old app's UI reliably, with error handling for when a screen changes, so a human stops re-keying between systems.
There is no off-the-shelf connector for a bespoke legacy app. RPA is the bridge, but it needs building and monitoring, not a checkbox.
Governance across dozens of flows
This is the payoff. Solutions, managed environments, service-account ownership and DLP policies keep flows from becoming shadow IT nobody can maintain.
Personal flows are quick but ungoverned. Once flows drive real processes, the lack of environment strategy becomes the risk, not the individual flow.
